Accessory material can be selected according to the physical and chemical properties of the material transported:

1. Material

Parts can be selected from different metals and different rubber materials.

Inlet and outlet: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, duplex stainless steel, etc.

Rotor, transmission parts: stainless steel 304, 316, S136, duplex stainless steel, ceramic, etc.

Stators: natural rubber, nitrile rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, perflurane, EPDM, fluorine rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, polyurethane, etc.


2, drive: gear motor, stepper motor, servo motor, DC brushless motor, hydraulic or pneumatic motor, etc.

1.The whole machine is equipped with a hollow rotor of equal wall thickness and a stator of equal wall thickness, and the combination of the two solves the drawbacks in the use of conventional screw pumps. 

2. The stator rubber layer of equal wall thickness is thin and the rubber thickness is uniform, which is conducive to heat conduction. At the same time, the helical shape of the stator shell increases the heat dissipation area, which makes the heat of the stator with equal wall thickness is obviously less than that of the conventional stator, so the stator with equal wall thickness has a longer service life. Our new screw pump adopts equal wall thickness stator matching hollow rotor, hollow rotor weight is lighter, and has a certain elasticity, which can reduce the lateral extrusion pressure of the rotor on the stator rubber, so that the damage of the stator is significantly reduced, which can further extend the working life of the pump and reduce the operating cost. 

3. The thin and uniform rubber wall thickness of the stator makes the stator rubber expand smaller and more uniform under the thermal effect, reduces the interference between the rotor and the stator rubber, makes the torque required for the start and operation of the pump smaller, reduces the power consumption of the motor, and is more energy saving and environmental protection.

4. The stator single-stage pressure of equal wall thickness is higher (conventional stator single-stage pressure 0.6Mpa, equal wall thickness up to 1.0Mpa), because the stator rubber thickness of equal wall thickness is thin, and the pressure deformation is small, so the single-stage pressure is 60%-70% higher than the conventional one, and the number of stages required for equal wall thickness screw pump is less than the conventional one in the multistage large pressure scene. Therefore, under the same pressure demand, the equal wall thickness stator can be shorter than the conventional stator, which not only reduces the cost of the screw pump, but also saves the installation space required for the screw pump. 

5, equal wall thickness stator has good technical and economic indicators, equal wall thickness stator screw pump in addition to the process is feasible, but also has a high economic effect, compared with conventional screw pump, less on-site accidents, small mechanical loss, can improve pump efficiency, reduce costs.
