1.D series is equal wall thickness stator series, the stator shape and the internal helix equidistant match, improve the sealing contact surface between the stator and the rotor.

2. The stator with equal wall thickness is a thin and uniform rubber layer, and the heat dissipation effect is good, which can improve the heat aggregation effect during the operation of the screw pump and improve the anti-aging performance of the rubber.

3. The rubber swelling rate is small, the unipolar pressure is higher than the conventional, and the pressure and output pressure can be more than 1.5 times that of the same grade pump type.

4. It is more suitable for conveying non-Newtonian fluids such as ink, clay, mud, gypsum and silica gel.
